Website re-vamp and changes, all will be explained!

Like most people. I strive to make what I do better! That is why I am constantly looking to improve the way Association of Web Design professionals interacts with you and how you interact with the website. As you can see I have overhauled the design, removing un-used features and intergrating new features. By all means take a good look around. Articles are now categories, so you can read articles on a specific subject such as business and marketing or Social media. The aim is to give you more functional control over what you want to read and how you read it.

You may also notice the look and feel of the articles pages are much easier to read. A cleaner layout and more options to share with friends, email or print out the article. You may also notice the ability to view other recent articles along the same subject.

Articles has a brand new pagination functionality, which makes page navigating much simpilar. I have also added the option for featured article and top articles, these will be selected on readership and popularity of the article. During testing I have noted that these are very popular and get a higher number of views.

Over the course of the next coming weeks I will be showing you step by step instructions of new features and tutorials around the website. Including a very exciting new way to interact with the website 'BADGES'. A simple concept, but who cant resist a challange or collecting more?
