Code of Conduct

Members should make every endeavour to ensure that they conduct their business affairs in a professional manner and avoid behaviour that could bring the Association of Web Design Professionals (AWDP) or its membership into disrepute.

AWDP members' websites must be family safe websites, membership will be refused or terminated if site is deemed inappropriate.

Members should maintain high ethical and moral standards in their dealings with fellow professionals and customers, the AWDP reserves the right to terminate membership should we receive complaints or reports about any members conduct.

Members may not under any circumstances purport to represent or make statements on behalf of the AWDP.

What we will do

AWDP will provide a forum for web design professionals to interact and raise the level of excellence of their fields.

Ensure the privacy of AWDP members by not selling or distributing their names, emails, or addresses.

As the Internet is always evolving, this Code of Ethics will change to meet the needs of our members and our industry. This Code of Ethics was developed by the senior team of AWDP in January 2010.
